Shipping & Delivery
At QUAP INC (Quality Use Auto Parts), we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates and timely deliveries. Our shipping and delivery timeframes depend on the destination, package size, and carrier transit times. Please note that all displayed delivery dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, we will keep you informed with updates as they become available.
Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Estimates: Most orders are delivered within 8-14 business days after shipping, depending on the package size and delivery location.
Business Days Definition: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not process or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Delivery Inspection & Damaged Shipments
We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photos as proof.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued for returns due to shipping damage only if the damaged parts are covered under warranty or eligible for replacement.
Replacement Policy: If a replacement part is available, we will ship it promptly once the damaged item is returned in its original condition. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Incorrect or Missing Parts: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us immediately. Do not return any items without an authorized RMA to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
Time-Sensitive Claims: All warranty claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be made within 7 business days of delivery. After this period, warranty coverage is void.
Lost or Stolen Packages: QUAP INC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any claims for such incidents must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If your order has not arrived within two (2) days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.
Rejected & Rescheduled Deliveries
Rejected Packages: If a package is refused upon delivery, a 30% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.
Rescheduled Deliveries & Storage Fees: Any additional storage fees or rescheduling costs imposed by the carrier due to delivery delays at the customer’s request will be the customer’s responsibility.
Risk of Loss
All shipments are made under FOB Shipping Point terms, meaning the risk of loss, title, and responsibility of the goods transfer to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package for transport. While QUAP INC is not directly responsible for lost or stolen shipments, we are happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Any claims must be reported within seven (7) days of the shipment date for possible resolution.
For any shipping or delivery-related inquiries, please contact our customer support team before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
