Return, Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy

Authorized Returns

We accept authorized returns within 10 business days from the date of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) unless otherwise specified.

  • All authorized returns must include all original components and packaging.

  • Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged due to user error or incorrect installation.

  • Items that have been disassembled, mounted, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

  • QUAP INC (Quality Use Auto Parts) does not cover installation costs, labor, towing, or additional repair expenses resulting from incorrect or defective parts.

Warranty Claims

  • For warranty claims, a Diagnostic Report from an ASE-certified automotive facility is required.

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to improper installation, labor charges, or incidental damages.

  • The warranty is void if an engine is returned with heat tabs missing/melted or if it has been disassembled without written authorization.

Reporting Wrong or Damaged Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery for missing, incorrect, or damaged parts.

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, repackage it in the original container and contact us immediately.

  • Report any issues within 10 business days, or the warranty will be void.

  • QUAP INC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

To obtain an RMA number, contact us through:

Required Information for Returns

  1. Customer Name

  2. Email Address

  3. Contact Number

  4. Order Number or Invoice Number

  5. Detailed Reason for Return

Once we receive your details, we will issue an RMA number along with return shipping instructions. An RMA number is mandatory to track and process returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 48-72 business hours after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.

  • If the original payment was made via credit or debit card, refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Returns due to non-defective reasons may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before confirmation via email or call.

  • Once confirmed, orders are processed within 24 hours and cannot be canceled.

  • If an order has already been packed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If cancellation is requested after confirmation, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are shipped only after we receive the returned item.

  • The returned item must be securely packaged and in its original condition.

  • If a replacement is provided, the original installation date and mileage will still apply.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Process: Contact us for return instructions and the return address.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must cover return shipping costs and provide tracking details.

  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.

Incorrect Orders & VIN Errors

If a part is ordered incorrectly due to:

  • Inaccurate VIN

  • Incorrect part number

  • Failure to provide necessary details

The customer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued after deducting one-way shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
